Michael George
I am Michael George, a physician assistant by profession and a part-time blogger. I am a 35 years old male who lives in Miami, Florida. When I’m not busy attending to patients, I spend my spare time blogging, cycling, meeting new people, volunteering, and camping. My friends and colleagues describe me as a good listener, dependable, and a generally fun person to be around with.
I have a very strong work ethic, and I appreciate hard work and dedication. As a physician assistant, I have been privileged to work with other medical professionals on issues surrounding sexual health. Hence, my keen interest is in helping people practice safe and healthy sex.
I got my first degree in Biological Science in 2009 from the University of California. From there, I did my master’s in medical science and Physician Assistant at the University of Florida. After graduating in 2011, I worked with several hospitals, where I practiced on hand before establishing my private practice in 2015. Prior to 2015, I have also done many volunteering jobs in clinical settings, worked part-time in hospitals, and spent time with several reputable physicians for extra experience.
My area of interest is in sexual health, sexology, sexual medical history, and treatment. With a dedicated team always on standby, I offer in-house consultations and telehealth services geared towards diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of sexual health-related issues.
Over the years, I have been able to help several people suffering from different sexual conditions, identify and treat patients in collaboration with other medical professionals.
As a physician assistant, some of my roles include:
- Running Diagnostic tests.
- Offering consultation services on sexual health.
- Offering preventative health care services as delegated by a physician.
- Confidential analysis of sexual health.
- Interpreting laboratory tests and X-rays to make a diagnosis.
- Working as a member of a health care team to treat patients.
Besides offering medical services, I also have a strong passion for educating people on sexual-related topics. This is where my part-time blogging comes in. Through writing, I have been able to educate people on how to engage in safe sex, safety precautions to take when using sex toys, and what to do when you suspect you have a sexual health condition.
